Georgia holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Maine, Orono.  Georgia’s responsibilities include managing geotechnical projects including coordinating and observing field explorations, performing laboratory testing, geotechnical analyses, and engineering designs, and preparing geotechnical reports.
